NOTICE to MEMBERSHIP:

 Nominees for 2024/25 RAGE Board of Directors

The Nominating Committee presents to the RAGE membership their slate of nominees for the upcoming Annual Elections of the Board of Directors:

  1. Ryan Callahan
  2. Dawn Chapman
  3. Katie Moe
  4. CJ Napolitano
  5. Vishakha Sant
  6. Lytia Zazzeron

Note: Open nominations will be accepted from the floor at the Annual General Meeting on October 10, 2023.  All nominees must be present at this meeting, or have previously submitted an acceptance in writing.

The Annual Elections shall be held via an online ballot vote within the week following the October AGM. Results will be tallied by the election inspectors and announced prior to the Board meeting in November.

At the first meeting of the 2024 calendar year, the Board will elect, from its members, a President, Competitive Vice President, Recreational Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary.

2023 RAGE Board of Directors’ Annual Election

A Nominating Committee has been formed and is seeking candidates for the RAGE Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors is composed of the Executive Committee and other elected Directors.  The slate of candidates will be presented at the September 2023 Board meeting.  Nominations from the floor may be made at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in October.  The candidates for the Board of Directors’ positions will be voted upon by the membership following the AGM.  Those elected will take office on January 1, 2024 and will serve for a term of two (2) years.

Notice to the RAGE Membership

Deadline: August 11, 2023

Any and all proposals to amend the Pleasanton Girls Soccer Association Constitution must be presented to the Board of Directors at least sixty (60) days prior to the Annual General Meeting.  Any member in good standing can propose a change(s) to the Constitution.  The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2023.

Amendments to the Constitution shall be voted on at the AGM.
