Club Registration Fee Waiver Request - Recreational Program Only
Club Registration Fee Waiver Request Form
Please complete the form below to request a waiver of Club registration fees (Recreational Program only) for your daughter(s). The Pleasanton Girls Soccer Association, a nonprofit organization, considers requests from applicants who are experiencing financial hardship.
Once we have received the form, our Club Administrator, Tamie Shadle, will review your request and send you a confirmation email upon approval. If you do not receive an email within 2 weeks after submitting your request, you may follow up with her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The confirmation email will also contain a family specific coupon code to use when you complete your online Club Registration form.
If your request is approved, you, or one of your immediate family members, must complete 4 hours of volunteer work to give back to the RAGE community. There are various ways to volunteer. Please see the volunteer options on the form. A Staff or Board Member will track your volunteer hours. If you fail to complete your 4 hours of service, any future waiver requests will not be approved.
NOTE: If your daughter is new to RAGE, please upload a copy of her birth certificate during the online registration process.

Financial Need or Income Disruption Due to the Coronavirus
We are aware that many families have suffered unusual income losses due to the novel coronavirus. If you are requesting financial aid due to this circumstance, please complete the Financial Aid Application and the additional Addendum to the application explaining the change in your income status. Financial information from 2019 is still required. If your 2019 tax return is not complete, please provide your W-2(s) or 1099’s and your last paystub from 2020. If you are self-employed, please provide your 2019 Profit and Loss statement as well as a year-to-date statement for 2020.
Pleasanton Girls Soccer Association (PGSA) provides a need-based financial aid program to help cover team training fees. The program does not cover uniforms, tournaments, travel, lodging, or miscellaneous expenses. Each year the Club budgets a set amount to support the financial aid program, but this does not guarantee that all applicants will receive support.
The PGSA Financial Aid Committee, comprised of three Board Members, follows the guidelines of the financial aid program to make all financial aid decisions. In order to qualify, a family must complete an application and provide proof of eligibility. Families will be notified by email about program acceptance or denial within four weeks of receipt of application. Financial aid is for the current season only. You must reapply each season.
Financial aid is need-based and is awarded to families based upon their income and/or other extenuating circumstances. A family’s income level is qualified using the County of residence income levels. Financial aid recipients are required to perform 10 hours of volunteer service and must participate in team fundraisers.
