1:06:01 Budget Process and Financial Oversight. All Divisions of play shall be self-funding. Proposed budget shall conform to this basic principle. The Board shall not approve budgets that do not meet this requirement. Expenses shared among more than one Division (e.g., fields, referees) shall be allocated by a percentage determined to be equitable, by the Board.
PROPOSED Change to the Constitution:
1:06:01 Budget Process and Financial Oversight. In recognition of the value of the Recreational Program to the Competitive Program and to the City of Pleasanton, the Competitive Program may subsidize the Recreational Program as needed. Expenses shared between the Programs (e.g., fields, referees) shall be allocated by a percentage determined to be equitable, by the Board. The Club will keep internally separate income statements for the two programs
