My experience at the National Camp by Katie Strong
Overall, I really enjoyed this camp. Getting to know a lot of players from all over the country, learning their style of play, and mindsets was amazing. I feel the challenging part of the camp was learning that we are all different types of players and adapting to their styles had to be quick in order to succeed during the camp.
I really enjoyed the environment and it was a blast to get different points of view based on the training sessions and the way things were broken down and focused on. The coaching was amazing and so was their style of play. I feel in the short time of this camp, I have developed more physically and mentally. My wish is to one day be playing on the USWNT and represent my country, family, and club. This was definitely an unforgettable experience, I will always cherish and strive to be back again and again.
