Club Registration Fee Waiver Request - Recreational Program Only
Club Registration Fee Waiver Request Form
Please complete the form below to request a waiver of Club registration fees (Recreational Program only) for your daughter(s). The Pleasanton Girls Soccer Association, a nonprofit organization, considers requests from applicants who are experiencing financial hardship.
Once we have received the form, our Club Administrator, Tamie Shadle, will review your request and send you a confirmation email upon approval. If you do not receive an email within 2 weeks after submitting your request, you may follow up with her at tamieshadle@pleasantonrage.org.
The confirmation email will also contain a family specific coupon code to use when you complete your online Club Registration form.
If your request is approved, you, or one of your immediate family members, must complete 4 hours of volunteer work to give back to the RAGE community. There are various ways to volunteer. Please see the volunteer options on the form. A Staff or Board Member will track your volunteer hours. If you fail to complete your 4 hours of service, any future waiver requests will not be approved.
NOTE: If your daughter is new to RAGE, please upload a copy of her birth certificate during the online registration process.
Please direct any questions to tamieshadle@pleasantonrage.org.
Competitive Program Financial Aid
Financial Aid – Competitive Player’s Club Dues
Pleasanton Girls Soccer Association (PGSA) provides a need-based financial aid program to help cover a player’s Club dues. This program does not cover uniforms, travel, lodging, or miscellaneous expenses. Each year the Club budgets a set amount to support the financial aid program, but this does not guarantee that all applicants will receive support.
Financial Aid – Competitive Player’s Travel Expenses
PGSA provides a need-based financial aid program to help cover a portion of a player’s travel expenses for a specific event. The travel aid does not cover the player’s portion of the event fee. Each year the Club will specify an amount to support financial aid for event travel expenses, but this does not guarantee that all applicants will receive support. It is important to request travel aid as soon as possible.

For a competitive player’s travel expenses, financial aid is on an event-by-event basis. You must reapply for each event.
Eligibility
