Jerry
Smith, Women's
Head Coach at Santa Clara University, is the
Pleasanton Rage Technical Advisor. Jerry has
coached the Broncos at Santa Clara for 11-years
with ten consecutive NCAA appearances and six
Final Fours in the last 10-years. Jerry's wife
is Brandi Chastain, U.S. National Team player.
Jerry believes Pleasanton has great potential for several reasons:
the number of players in our program and quality facilities. Youth
soccer in Northern California is underdeveloped. There is tremendous
potential for player development in all three divisions of our program:
House, Advanced House, and Al Caffodio. Jerry envisions having a
Technical Director to manage each division. |
