RAGE Announces New Staff

Lara Schreiber, Rage Recreation Vice-President has announced the hiring of Gabby Olivares as Recreational Youth Soccer Director. Gabby is a product of Bay Area youth soccer programs having played at Archbishop Mitty High School, University of the Pacific and the Golden Gate Women’s Soccer League. Most recently Gabby was in marketing and promotion for the San Jose Earthquakes. As Recreational Youth Soccer Director Gabby will oversee and coordinate all aspects of Rage recreational soccer including program development and marketing, AGC and coach recruitment, and coordination of coaches training and clinics. Gabby is currently finishing her NSCAA National Diploma.

Philippe Blin, Rage Technical Director has announced the addition of Paul Sapsford and Roy Miller as Rage technical trainers. Paul holds the USSF ‘A’ License and the NSCAA Premier License and has coached for St. Mary’s College and Stanford University. In 2002-2003 Soccer America named Paul ‘Coach of the Year’ as interim coach at Stanford University. Paul will coach the Rage U16 Premier team and be Director of Goalkeeper Coaching. Roy holds the USSF ‘A’ License and hails from Michigan and South Carolina having most recently been a staff coach for the Almaden Youth Soccer League. Roy will be responsible for the technical development and training of all Rage Division 3 players.
