rage volunteer procedures

Pleasanton Girls Soccer is greatly dependent on the willingness of our membership to dedicate some time to many jobs, which include coaching our daughters, becoming a referee, making sure the fields are left the way we found them, assisting at various club functions like registration and at the Parade, helping with mailings, serving on the Board or committees of the Board, and many other duties which must be performed to enhance the experience of about 2000 young ladies. In return for your efforts, the club would like to "thank you" by sending you $50 or providing you with a letter which you may use when filing your taxes, that you have made a $50 contribution to this non-profit organization.

Please indicate your willingness to offer your time by checking off an important function you would like to perform and how you would like to be compensated for your time (check or donation). If you feel you cannot make a time commitment, please indicate by checking that selection. Either way, we thank you for carefully considering this modest, but important opportunity to help your soccer club.

Reimbursement of the Volunteer Fee:

Once you have completed your volunteer work, fill out the Volunteer Reimbursement Form

Note: Individual team responsibilities (such as publicity, treasurer, snacks, etc.) do not qualify for reimbursement.

November 30 is the last date for submission of a refund request. After November 30, no refund requests can be accepted as the club will be closing the financial year. We appreciate all the help of our volunteers and hope you will assist us next year. Our club depends on your support for our success in offering a fun experience for your daughter.
