RAGE: A burning desire; passion; something that is desired intensely.

MISSION STATEMENT : The Pleasanton Rage is an all girls' soccer club that makes team and player development its central focus. We offer challenging programs at all levels that demonstrate a strong commitment to the development of the whole player including the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological areas of our player's development within the team environment.

VISION: The Pleasanton Rage is committed to being the best girls' soccer club in America at helping our teams and players maximize their development toward their potential.
CORE VALUES:

Provide quality leadership, mentoring, and role-modeling for the girls in our charge.

We will update our financials monthly, but we would like you to understand that the nature of our business is very seasonal. We collect Registration Fees and Competitive Team Dues well in advance of compensation costs which are relatively constant throughout the year. As a result there may be an appearance of a suplus or deficit at times, which are not representative of a twelve-month outlook. Our budget of fees and costs is based on both Rec and Comp soccer breaking even for the year.
