Rage Sweatshirt Design Contest!!!! |

What will next season's club sweatshirt design be? You tell us!!
You be the designer - use your imagination and paper, computer, crayons, marker, pencil, scrap material, whatever!
Designs must be no more than 3 different colors (not including background sweatshirt material), and include the word "Rage" and a soccer ball.
Submit your design ideas, along with name, age, family email address and phone number to:

Another Hike and Another HUGE Success!! |

 Open Heart Kitchen is the recipient of another successful community service project.
On Sunday, November 30, Phoebe Brown, Courtney Stonesifer, and members of their RAGE U15 Premier soccer team joined forces with photographer/fitness professional Sue Evans to hike the Pleasanton Ridge for the Kitchen. Together they raised $3,605.00, and, with RAGE adding another $2,500 to match the original goal, the local charity, which is struggling financially to continue feeding hundreds of needy people, will receive a total donation of $6,105.00!! WPS Bay Area franchise announces new team name, FC Gold Pride |

 The Women’s Professional Soccer (WPS) Bay Area franchise announced its team name, FC Gold Pride, and team colors, black & gold. All home matches will be played at Buck Shaw Stadium on the Santa Clara University campus. The inaugural season begins in Spring 2009.

RAGE U11 AC HELPS NEEDY FAMILIES |

 On Sunday, November 23rd the U11 AC Rage team helped sort and pack food for Thanksgiving baskets for over 75 needy families in Pleasanton. The team collected and donated over 200 cans of nonperishable food for the food baskets. The girls wanted to give back to their community and support those who are less fortunate this Thanksgiving. |

Election Results 2009 RAGE Board of Directors

 RAGE Membership,
Congratulations to our newly elected 2009 RAGE Board of Directors!!
The results have been certified and posted below. There were a total of 453
ballots returned, which represents the most ballots ever cast in a RAGE
election. At the first meeting of the 2009 calendar year, the Board will
elect, from its 15 members, a President, Competitive Vice President,
Recreational Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary.

RAGE HOLDS 2008 AGM |

  The Pleasanton RAGE held its annual general meeting on October 22nd at the Marriott Hotel in Pleasanton. Attendees were greeting by a multimedia presentation featuring photos from RAGE events, appetizers and a no host bar with beer and wine service.
Reports were given by RAGE President John Cligny, Treasurer Ross Stonesifer, Recreational Vice- President Lara Schreiber and Technical Director Philippe Blin. The RAGE Board of Directors passed three Constitutional amendments and 17 nominees for 15 positions for the 2009 Board of Directors were introduced to the membership.
The highlight of the meeting was special guest speakers Kristina Evans, (pictured, left) the 2008 RAGE Sportsmanship Scholarship recipient (click here for her speech) and Brandi Chastain, (pictured top right) long time RAGE friend and World Cup and Olympic Medalist. The meeting ended with RAGE coach Trish Gonzales winning the raffle and the $100 gift certificate to Blue Agave Restaurant in Pleasanton. |
